So, how does it do this? The manufacturers claim the reason your will get flatter abs by using the ab chair delux due to its design. This product is basically a chair that you sit and this supports your body and most importantly your back and neck. If think of the traditional sit-up crunch you will feel quite a lot of strain on the back and neck muscles. By using the ab chair 2 deluxe exercise machine these key muscles are supported  enabling you to focus on the exercising your muscles  without any strain on your back and neck.

From looking through the ab chair deluxe manual  the maunfactueres claim the exerciser has a unique range of motion and  variable resistance feature that enables you to increase the intensity of your workout without you feeling that you are putting to much hard work into it.

How it works

The chair comes with a leg attachment. You sit down on the chair and you place the ball of both feet into the feet bars. These feet bars are attached to a 4 resistance bands that you pull up against to a point where your legs are fully stretched out in front of you at from your hip. The adjustable fitness level make it suitable for people of all fitness levels. Some models do come with option of having adjustable foot pedals to enable you to pedal while your sitting down. Trying to figure the point of including adjustable foot pedals, but you never know someone may find it useful, to me it just seems unnecessary.

The ab chair deluxe instructions state that it has a rolled steel frame and is designed that it  folds up for storage easily. You can fold it  away when you are using it, just like those fold away garden chairs. It has a quick release system so you do not have to fumble around trying to figure out how to open it.

Overall the product has received mixed reviews, however after studying most of the these reviews I found that most people where disappointed because the ab chair did not help lose the fat from their stomach. I can see why some people get confused when certain online retailers that core abdominal exercise machines will transform flabby abs into a six pack. The reality is these machines and even the traditional crunching exercises will help you tighten and strengthen your lower abdominal muscles however, they do not and cannot remove fat. The only way you can lose the fat is by eating a healthy low fat diet and do regular cardiovascular exercise. Combining a healthy low fat diet, regular cardiovascular workouts and doing the ab chair deluxe exercises will be more effective in giving you a trimmer and flatter core muscles.

There were a few reviewers who knocked the product because the assembly instructions were not very clear. Also, some reviewers could mentioned the equipment did not include an ab chair deluxe video although the manual mention that one was included. However, most people who bought the ab chair 2 deluxe product were satisfied particularly resistance feature that allows them to tighten and strengthened their abdominal and back muscles.
